Games for Isolation
I grew up playing games with my mom and aunts constantly. Every single time we would get together, it was Canasta, Scrabble, Yahtzee, Scattegories, or Rummy. My parents also made a deck of cards a part of every weekend. Or two decks—if we were playing Canasta. These games have always been a part of bonding for my family and I. Now that life has slowed way down in quarantine, and I am staying with my parents, I have been able to enjoy that all again. I’m playing games with my mom in the evenings, and my friends and I are getting together for trivia weekly. I actually hope we can continue trivia well after quarantine, especially many of us are actually separated by distance.
Sooooo… I’ve compiled a list of the games you can play with your isolation pals and a list of games possible over video chat! Read the whole post for a special surprise too!
